The green color of these healthy foods is due to the chlorophyll they contain, and according to studies, it has been proven that they help in the prevention of cancer, in addition to contributing to the proper functioning of the heart and other organs of the body.

It is also rich in vitamins A and K, being also a good source of iron and folic acid, it also provides antioxidants that help with heart health, fight cancer, strengthen bones, hair and skin and a little more help against stress, to prevent asthma and to regulate the intestines.
